    Continuing Education Refund Policy
    - All courses are fully refundable 48 hours prior to the course date.  A participant must submit written notification to withdraw from a course.  No refunds will be issued to individuals who do not attend a course without providing required notice.
    - ODEI reserves the right to cancel any course 72 hours prior to the course date. 
    - ODEI will provide a full refund in the event that a course is cancelled with 72 hours notice or due to severe weather conditions or other unforseen circumstances.   Notice of course cancellations will be placed on the ODEI website and participants will be contacted via email or telephone.
     
    EventBrite
    - When you apply online, EventBrite will send an email confirmation.  This email acts as your receipt.  Keep for your records.
    - EventBrite is an outside source solely used for registrations.  The course times on the ODEI flyer and website are the times to go by.  If there are any discrepancies please call 905-304-4706 ext 201
